  • LIFLINE FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

LIFELINE Absorber fall protection system is a series of innovative and advanced products, thanks to which work area can by optimally and efficiently secured. AS-LINE Systems constitute permanent protection and are mounted to load-bearing construction. Ensuring not only safety during work on the edge, but also complete freedom while moving along guideway, formed by steel rope fixed to anchorage points. Using safety line system requires broader knowledge in the work at height field.  Depending on the configuration level of knowledge needed may vary. Owning personal protection equipment consisting of safety harness, security rope with carabiner and helmet is necessary for all systems. User prepared this way is completely safe during work.

  • FALL PROTECTION HORIZONTAL LIFELINE

In fall protection field safety lines play important role. Suited for constant connection or hooking up over given anchorage points by workers at height. Solid and durable, always foolproof safety lines are not only protecting from falling but also limit risk of further drop when accident occurs. This element cannot be omitted when designing fall protection system.

Overriding purpose for using any fall protection including safety line systems is protecting workers, be it service technician or industrial alpinist against fall from a height. System must be solid and safety line should be tight. Ropes used to connect to the system applied on the roof must be durable enough to withstand not only weight of given person but also tug caused by sudden fall from a height.

Safety lines are elementary component of fall protection systems. They must fulfill guidelines prescribed by law. As a company with years of experience in designing, manufacturing and installing fall protection systems we can comment on choosing appropriate safety lines. Top quality lines are made form stainless steel so it does not extend, endures heavy load and mechanical damage. It is also resistant to the passage of time and negative effects of weather conditions. We offer our clients cheaper aluminum alternatives that also fulfill all norms for given elements of fall protection systems.

  • HORIZONTAL LIFELINE SYSTEM APPLICATION

Depending on the number of connection points to complex system applied at height we can distinguish continuous and discontinuous systems. The first kind is very comfortable in use as alpinist or service technician connects to appropriate guideway and can do his job moving along next via points. Whereas discontinuous consist of fewer posts and cannot create fully complex safe space. That is why during changing from one connection point to the next there are moments where worker is without proper protection so he must stay alert and have some proficiency to avoid dangerous fall.

Safety line systems find application almost everywhere. As a universal horizontal systems they can’t by installed in case of flat and slightly inclined roofs. Together with anchorage points they combine into fall protection system that creates so called “green safe zone”. This gives service technicians and industrial alpinists comfort in harsh environment. With safety lines they are protected from tragic consequences of a fall.

While using safety line system worker can focus on his task in peace, without worrying constantly over risk of slipping and falling. It is crucial to check if security rope fulfills all norms and standards before using it to connect to the system.
